The exhibit, which was created in 2008 and has traveled to children's museums around the country, features Spud Quest, which will lead visitors on an archeological dig, and Spud Safari, an adventure through the jungle.
Kids (and adults!) can also have fun constructing their own Mr. Potato Head with the classic toy's parts.
The exhibit opens Saturday, Jan. 16 and runs through Sunday, May 8.
