Ingredients

  • 4 cups almonds
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • Kosher salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and stir together almonds, honey and cinnamon. Sprinkle with salt if using.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours. These will keep in a plastic container for at least 1 week.
