2 pounds ground turkey
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 large red onion, peeled and diced
1 large (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 small (10-ounce) can diced green chiles
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with warm tortillas or over taco salad.
