1 pound ground turkey

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 can diced green chiles

1 packet fajita seasoning

1 cup reduced-fat cheese

½ cup salsa

12 crunchy taco shells

Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and brown the ground turkey.

2. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, green chiles, fajita seasoning, half of the cheese and salsa.

3. Arrange the taco shells standing up in a 9x13 in baking dish. Fill with ground turkey filling and top with remaining cheese.

4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
