Ingredients:

1 lb. potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks

1 cup  bite-size cauliflower florets

1/4 cup light ranch dressing

Preparation:

Cook potatoes and cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until vegetables are tender.

Drain vegetables; return to saucepan. Add dressing; mash until vegetable mixture is light and fluffy.

Serves: 6
