Every parent who has had to subject her children to nitrous oxide (or candy air as my kids' dental hygienist calls it) to get a cavity filled knows the importance of dental health.
Betty Brinn Children's Museum is making it easy and fun to teach that lesson to our kids as well with a Dental Health Month Resource Booth at the museum on Saturday, February 25.
The booth will be up from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and will be staffed by members of Dental Associates, who will be giving kids fun tips for teeth brushing and handing out free dental care goodies. Also, at noon, there will be an interactive program when kids will get the chance to do fun stuff like dress up like giant teeth! Parents will also get answers to their questions and be instructed on when to begin dental care for small children.
