Running February 17 through March 12, First Stage is putting a new spin on a classic tale with its production of "Robin Hood."

In this version, Maid Marian and the Merry Men-in-training become the heroes as they have to work together to rescue Robin, Little John and Friar Tuck, who have been captured.

The productions will take place at Todd Wehr Theater at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts on 929 N. Water St.

Performances are 7 p.m. on Friday nights, Saturday afternoons at 1 and 3:30, Saturday nights at 7, and Sunday afternoons at 1 and 3:30.
