Scout groups and families with kids ages 6-12 can reserve a night at the museum on selected Friday evenings for $50 per person. You'll start out the evening with a guided tour. Then you get the chance to take a self-guided flashlight tour of the third floor, followed by a dome theater show and lights out. After sleeping all night in the museum, you'll wake up to eat a breakfast, and you can even stay the whole next day at the museum if you wish.
Upcoming dates and themes are:
November 18: Hidden Wisconsin
January 20: Dinosaur Paleopalooza
February 24: Mummies
April 21: Global Kitchen
The only thing about these museum overnights? They sell out fast, so book now if you're interested!
