Festival City Symphony will perform on Sunday, Feb. 28, as part of its "Symphony Sundays" series.

Titled "Finnish with Swedish and Ilana, families will hear "Dance of the Hours" by Amilcare Ponchielli. This piece is also known as the ballet for hippos in Disney's "Fantasia." Other selections: "Symphony No. 5" by Jean Sibelius and "Concerto for Violin and Piano" by Felix Mendelssohn and performed by Stephen Swedish and Ilana Setapen.

The concert begins at 3 p.m., with a special children's event at 2:45 p.m. that will help children become familiar with the music they are about to hear.

The concert is held at Pabst Theater, 114 E. Wells St., Milwaukee. Admission is $14/adults and $8 for children.

The Festival City Symphony also will hold its popular, free Pajama Jamborees on May 11 at the Marcus Center of the Performing Arts.
