The 31st annual Waukesha Janboree begins Friday, with more than 35 events throughout the weekend.

The opening festivities will be held from 3-9 p.m. at Lowell Park in Waukesha with TMJ4's Chief Meterologist John Malan as the host. The evening also will include an ice scultping demo and fireworks. Don't forget to take a ride down the Lowell Park Toboggan Run!

From a pancake breakfast and a 5K to ice bocce ball and a penguin egg hunt, Saturday is packed with family-friendly fun.

And Sunday's lineup includes more fun before the closing ceremonies from 1:30-3:30 at the Schuetze Recreation Center.
