Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, 'Logan' director James Mangold deny Deadpool cameo
The next Wolverine installment won't feature any quips from the foul-mouthed anti-hero Deadpool, played by the dashing family man Ryan Reynolds, according to the film's director and star.
TheWrap reported that Logan, which opens on March 3, 2017, would include a scene with Reynolds' character that "would most likely appear after the credits," a claim director James Mangold has taken to Twitter to repeatedly deny.

Mangold tweeted one Twitter user's message was "spot on," which explained they would also be mad if someone made "false claims" about a project one put "heart and soul" in.
Reynolds gently let down a zealous fan who was excited about the report, making reference to Hugh Jackman's character in Les Misérables.
However, the Life actor didn't completely dash all of our hopes. "I want a Deadpool/Wolvie film," Reynolds said later in a NSFW tweet. "But Logan is its own unique & perfect thing. The Big Red (expletive)-Talker wouldn't mix with the tone."
Wolverine himself echoed Reynolds' and Mangold's tweets, further denying a cameo.
We suppose the only thing left to do is console ourselves with chimichangas.
