The Waukesha Civic Theatre, at 264 W. Main St., is putting on a production of "For Purely Elfish Reasons," a holiday play inspired by the comedy of the Marx Brothers.
The play will take place Friday, December 9 through Sunday, December 11. Friday's show is at 7:30 p.m., there are shows at 3:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $27. waukeshacivictheatre.org
A New Year's Celebration of "The King"
If you're looking for a fun way to spend your New Year's Eve, and you and your sweetie are Elvis fans, check out the "Elvis: The Legend Lives On" production at the Waukesha Civic Theatre, 264 W. Main St. Some of Elvis' iconic performances will be re-created along with a look into his life.
