From cows to deep fried everything, Wisconsin State Fair
has plenty to offer its guests, with rides, petting zoos, street entertainers and food galore. If you wander down to the fairgrounds with your kids between now and August 11 you could see these amazing things:
Milwaukee Art Museum’s Kohl’s Color Wheels mobile unit will be on hand for artsy kids to tap into their creativity.
Allow the kids some extra time to marvel at the strolling performers who show off their talents and tricks.
Discovery World’s Kohl’s Design It! Mobile Lab allows kids to complete an exciting, fair-inspired design project.
Cheer on Saz's Racing Pigs multiple times daily, presented by the Milwaukee Admirals.
Penfield Children’s Center hosts Kohl’s Building Blocks workshops with activities such as a sensory box and balance beam.
Watch the jalapeno eating contest, Sunday August 4 at 2 p.m. 4 qualifiers eat their way through a considerable amount of peppers and race to be the jalapeno eating champ.
Milwaukee County Zoo’s Kohl’s Wild Theater performs daily shows featuring unique stories from the animal kingdom and beyond.
Enjoy the parade! Every day at 3 p.m. (2 p.m. on August 11) the Daily Parade strides through Fair Park.
Great American Duck Races happen multiple times daily in the racing animals’ area.
Get in line early for the cream puffs, or you’ll be there all day. The cream puffs are a main attraction and you don’t want to miss this delicious dream.
